Where do you offer service?

Our current active service neighborhoods include Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence, Magic Ranch in Florence, Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley, Copper Basin in San Tan Valley, and the Gilbert Road and Warner Road area in Gilbert, Arizona.

What if you do not offer service in my neighborhood?

Submit a request so Arizona Network can understand where demand is growing and prioritize future expansion. Neighbor requests help show where interest is highest.

What kinds of routers do you use?

Arizona Network includes a MikroTik standard router with Residential Internet and offers a Pro Router upgrade for homes that need stronger WiFi hardware.

Can I use my own router with Arizona Network?

Yes. Most customer-owned routers are compatible, and the technician can confirm compatibility during installation.

Can I use a VPN with Arizona Network internet?

Yes. Arizona Network internet supports personal VPNs and work-from-home VPNs.

Installation

How long will it take to get service installed?

Arizona Network can usually schedule a technician within a week. The installation itself typically takes a few hours depending on roof type, cabling, and signal conditions.

What does the installation process involve?

A technician confirms signal, installs a low-profile antenna when needed, routes weather-rated cabling, configures the router, and tests service before leaving.

Can I complete the installation myself?

No. Arizona Network installations use specialized equipment and cabling, so professional installation is required.

Billing

What payment methods do you support?

Arizona Network currently accepts debit and credit cards.

Should I expect my monthly price to increase?

Arizona Network focuses on transparent pricing. Optional service or equipment choices may be introduced over time, but customers are not forced onto new offerings.

What are the options for seasonal residents or snowbirds?

Arizona Network offers free service suspension and a minimal $15/month service option for smart devices and security systems while seasonal residents are away.

Technical

Do your routers support wired connections?

Yes. The standard router and Pro Router include Ethernet ports for wired devices. More wired ports can be added with an Ethernet switch.
